If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. A description of the material that was removed and the location (URL) where it previously appeared.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your contact information (Full Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address).

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your judicial district (or the Southern District of California if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

➡️ Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant initiates legal action within 10-14 business days, we will restore the removed content.

In accordance with the DMCA, MHMDED maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted content.
